I WANT TO RETURN MY SHOES. HOW?

I CAN’T FIND THE COLLECTPLUS RETURN LABEL

No problem. Simply go to https://www.collectplus.co.uk/returns/new/sonsoflondon, enter your order number and email address and we’ll email you a return label which you can then print out. Once you’ve printed it out refer to returns, refunds & exchanges

We plan to send our sons out into the world in the not-too-distant future. Send us an email and we’ll put you on our mailing list.

HOW DO I MAKE SURE THEY FIT PROPERLY?

Try on shoes in the afternoon or evening. Your feet swell slightly during the day because walking increases bloodflow, and you need to be sure your shoes fit your expanded feet.

Check the feel. Look for three key indicators of a good fit. First, your toes should lie flat in the shoe. Second, the ball of your foot—where your toes meet your foot—should sit comfortably at the shoe's widest point. Finally, your heels should slip slightly as you walk. (Too tight and you'll blister.) If you're clenching your toes to keep the shoe on, it doesn't fit.

Take a little walk. Take a 2-to 3-minute stroll on a carpeted surface. Creasing along the ball of the foot is normal. Creasing along the toes means your foot is too far forward and you need more length.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you’ve placed an order by mistake, we may be able to cancel it providing it hasn’t already been shipped.

If it’s already shipped, simply return it for a full refund once you’ve received it. Remember, shipping and returns in the UK are always free of charge.
