HOW DO I MAKE SURE THEY FIT PROPERLY?

Before trying on your shoes, please note that we cannot accept shoes returned to us in a less than perfect condition. Shoes that are returned with creased leather or with marked soles from being tried on will not be accepted, so take extra care.

Try on shoes in the afternoon or evening. Your feet swell slightly during the day because walking increases bloodflow, and you need to be sure your shoes fit your expanded feet.

Check the feel. Look for three key indicators of a good fit. First, your toes should lie flat in the shoe. Second, the ball of your foot—where your toes meet your foot—should sit comfortably at the shoe's widest point. Finally, your heel should be snug against the heel of the shoe without being too tight.

Overall, the fit should feel snug - like a glove - without feeling too tight.
