1.1 Outlet products have minor aesthetic imperfections e.g. creases in the leather or marking to the soles. Nothing that would be noticeable after the first step or two out in the real world.

1.2 Outlet products can be returned for a full refund within 14 days. A free returns service is provided for UK mainland customers. If it is a size exchange you're after, we'll do our best to facilitate this (stock permitting).

1.3 The outlet is open for a limited time only, and may or may not be open again in the future.
